5. No Refund Policy
Once a project or service has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Business closure
- Dissatisfaction due to unmet expectations outside the agreed scope

Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines without liability to Solven Media.
7. Revisions & Approvals
- Revisions are limited to what is stated in the agreed package or proposal.
- Excessive revisions or scope changes may result in additional charges.
- Final approval from the client signifies acceptance of delivered work.
8. Intellectual Property
- All original work remains the property of Solven Media until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights for the delivered work.
- Solven Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties unless legally required.
10. Limitation of Liability
Solven Media shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Platform changes (e.g., Meta, Google, hosting providers) beyond our control
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
11. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Solven Media may use third-party platforms, plugins, or tools. We are not responsible for:
- Downtime or policy changes of third-party services
- Account bans due to platform policy violations outside our control
12. Termination of Services
Solven Media reserves the right to terminate services if:
- The client violates these terms
- Payments are overdue
- There is abusive, unethical, or illegal behavior
No refunds will be issued upon termination.
