At Solven Media, we believe in clarity, professionalism, and mutual respect. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and service commitments are handled once a project or service begins.
No Refund After Work Begins
Once a project, campaign, or service has officially started, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Work is considered started when any of the following occurs:
- Strategy planning or research begins
- Design, development, content creation, or ad setup starts
- Access is granted to tools, platforms, dashboards, or accounts
- Time, resources, or team allocation has been committed
This policy exists because our services are time-based, customized, and resource-intensive, and once work begins, those resources cannot be recovered.
Cancellation Before Work Starts
If you request a cancellation before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on:
- The type of service purchased
- Any setup, onboarding, or administrative work already completed
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Monthly & Retainer Services
For monthly, subscription, or retainer-based services:
- Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins
- You may cancel future billing cycles by providing at least 7 days’ written notice before the next billing date
- No refunds or credits are issued for unused time, paused work, or early termination
Project-Based Services
For one-time or fixed-scope projects:
- Payments are non-refundable once the project starts
- If a client chooses to stop the project mid-way, all completed work up to that point remains the property of Solven Media unless otherwise agreed in writing
Delays & Client Responsibility
Solven Media is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Late responses or missing information from the client
- Delayed approvals or feedback
- Third-party tools, platforms, or services
Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after work has started is a violation of this policy.
Solven Media reserves the right to:
- Suspend all services immediately
- Terminate the working relationship
- Provide evidence of work completed to payment processors or legal authorities
Agreement to This Policy
By purchasing any service from Solven Media, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
